The LJ series Converter from LINKJET Company will help carriers and enterprises to make full use of the traditional network in this TCP/IP Era. SVPE (Super Virtual Private Ethernet Equipment) series are converters for interconnecting Fast Ethernet (FE) with E1 which are based on the technique of Ethernet-over-PDH (EoPDH), a new breed of products integrating advanced Ethernet bridging with fully channelized TDM capabilities. This series of products are typically situated in a central location, aggregating user LAN traffic received from remote devices, thus completing a full access solution from the service provider central site to the customers' premises. The SVPE10C series can connect up to 4 LANs local Ethernet switching. SVPE10X supplies 4 10/100 Base-TX ports and an optional 100 Base-FX port, could manage to interconnect with devices of other brand. This optional 100 Base-FX port help carrier distribute service easily from their SDH node to customers site through fiber. This unique capability enables service providers and enterprises to provide transparent Ethernet private line (point-to-point) or Ethernet private LAN (point-to-multipoint) service at granular rates similar to fractional E1. The equipment also supports differentiated services on the VLAN and IP layer with priority queues forwarding per 802.1p and IP Precedence.
Since the SVPE series functions as a bridge operating over a G. 703/G. 704 environment, a seamless interconnection between customers connected over the TDM network and customers connected over the packet network can be achieved while maintaining the same service level attributes. It simplifies the operations and dodges the drawbacks of TDM network.
The SVPE series adopt EBB self-developed ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit) which takes the means of GFP (Generic Framing Protocol, defined by G. 7041) to encapsulate the TDM slots into the Ethernet packets. It also supports the transmission of 802.1q VLAN frames and ultra-long frames with a pass rate of 100% for small packets. The SVPE series converters in-build BERT (Bit Error Rate Test) function that can simply and accurately detect the transmission faults instead of using dedicated test instrument.
SVPE is controlled with in-band or out-band (SNMP or Telnet) management. Management traffic and user Ethernet traffic are transported together on the same Ethernet flow. The management interface can be connected to some special alarm box with obvious light and sound in remote places.
3 types meet different the needs of customers: Desktop mini type, standard 1U high, 19-inch wide and centralized card, all qualified with CE and FCC standards.
